Earlier this week we reported that iPod Touch users were complaining about their video screen. Apple has now confirmed that there are some early units that have a defective screen. It appears that some people are complaining about problems with their iPhone screen. It’s unkown what Apple will do about the problem, but we suggest you return your iPod Touch unit with a defective screen.

BoingBoing is reporting that Apple has blocked its new iPods, so that includes the super awesome iPod touch, from synching with other third party applications. The Linux community using free software such as Amarok and gtkpod for uploading songs to their iPod will be in trouble with the new iPods. It should be easy to get passed it, Apple has added a nummer to the front of the database file. Just a matter of time before they get passed it.
